Patrick Bentivegna 

Patrick grew up in the Boston area and had spent many years touring with bands playing guitar, writing music and also as a guitar technician. He later started in real estate as a landlord managing multifamily income properties, moving into wholesaling, rehabs, restorations and vacation rentals.

Patrick and his wife Adele have two little girls and currently own and operate The Daniels House Bed and Breakfast located in Salem, Ma.
